About me

Hi! I was born and raised in Peekskill, NY, and currently split my time between Westchester County and New Jersey. I’m a compassionate and intuitive birth doula dedicated to creating a calm, supportive, and empowering experience for every family I serve. My approach combines hands-on doula care, active listening, emotional reassurance, and a grounding presence to help clients feel seen, informed, and confident throughout their journey. With six years of massage experience, I bring a deep understanding of the body, relaxation, comfort, and therapeutic touch to my work. I honor each person’s unique needs, preferences, and birth experience while offering gentle, intentional support. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe deeply, trust yourself, and feel cared for every step of the way.

Service introduction

During my prenatal visits I like to go over breathing techniques, pain management options, birth and postpartum plans. As well as daily movement or modalities to assist with mobility. In 2025, I completed a rebozo for birth training with Naoli Vinaver-Lopez. So bringing in practices that connect with my roots is something I try to incorporate into my work.
