Hi! I was born and raised in Peekskill, NY, and currently split my time between Westchester County and New Jersey. I’m a compassionate and intuitive birth doula dedicated to creating a calm, supportive, and empowering experience for every family I serve. My approach combines hands-on doula care, active listening, emotional reassurance, and a grounding presence to help clients feel seen, informed, and confident throughout their journey. I honor each person’s unique needs, preferences, and birth experience while offering gentle, intentional support. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe deeply, trust yourself, and feel cared for every step of the way.

What to expect

During my prenatal visits I like to go over breathing techniques, pain management options, birth and postpartum plans. As well as daily movement or modalities to assist with mobility. In 2025, I completed a rebozo for birth training with Naoli Vinaver-Lopez. So bringing in practices that connect with my roots is something I try to incorporate into my work.

Working with Alexa was pure magic for me and my family. She was able to tap into my energy and my baby's energy from the get go and that helped me feel open and at ease with her from the start. Before getting pregnant Alexa was initally my massage therapist so I already felt comfortable with her before she helped support our labor. I always felt supported by Alexa, never judged or pressured. She helped by being a big sounding board and during labor her hands on help was just the touch I needed to help me deliver. If you're looking for a doula who can provide energetic and physical care in a thoughtful way Alexa is your person.
