I cannot recommend Alexis enough. From the very first moment, she made me feel heard, supported, and never judged during one of the most emotional and vulnerable times of my life. Breastfeeding did not come easily to me, and there were moments when I felt overwhelmed and discouraged—but her patience, knowledge, and genuine compassion made all the difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question (even the ones I asked more than once), and reassured me when I needed it most. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I gained confidence not only in feeding my baby, but in myself as a new mom. I am endlessly grateful for her support and would recommend her to any parent looking for expert care paired with true kindness.

Alexis has been such a blessing in my breastfeeding journey as a first-time mom. She’s incredibly communicative, quick to schedule, and always arrives on time. Beyond her deep knowledge as a lactation consultant, she brings the compassion of a therapist and the warmth of a friend. She has built my confidence when I was questioning so much, helping me feel heard, supported, and empowered. Alexis makes you comfortable right away and truly cares for both mom and baby. I’m so grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to any mom seeking support!

I found Alexis when I was pregnant and knew I wanted to connect with an IBCLC who could help me with my breastfeeding journey. When I first reached out, she affirmed my goals and helped me figure out what my insurance would cover. This was especially helpful because insurance can be stressful! Two days after my baby was born, Alexis came to my house and helped me with my baby’s latch. Those early postpartum days are so vulnerable, but Alexis’ calm and nurturing presence made it easy for us to let her into our little safe haven. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She welcomed all of my new-mom questions and gave on-the-job advice that no book or course could have taught me! We’ve had Alexis back 2 other times and I’m sure we’ll have her back again. I am so grateful Alexis was the one to help me start my beautiful (and demanding, wildly fulfilling..) breastfeeding journey!

I cannot recommend Alexis enough! I wish I had started with her while I was still pregnant before having my first baby. She was so comfortable and easy to talk with. She helped us figure out that my baby had a lip and tongue tie which was making breastfeeding a nightmare for me and my baby without knowing. After Alexis helped us it’s been an amazing experience and we are so much happier! If you are pregnant and wanting to breastfeed do yourself and your baby a favor and reach out to Alexis! Thanks again Alexis… you were a literal angel!

Alexis is a very knowledgeable and personable lactation consultant. Across multiple home visits, Alexis was able to help me and my newborn with our breastfeeding goals - working on latch, positions, pumping plan, etc. Sometimes I’d just need a little reassurance and Alexis would be happy to come to my home to observe me and the baby and offer guidance and support. She is extremely patient, kind, and gentle in her approach which creates a trusting environment for a new mom and her infant. She also has a lot of resources (independent professionals like Chiro, pediatric dentist etc) which she is happy to make introductions to. Very grateful to have met Alexis and worked with her over the last several months. Highly recommend!

We have absolutely loved working with Alexis. From our very first visit she listened and validated my concerns and made suggestions and recommendations without being pushy. My daughter had oral ties that we ended up having cut, but I was very apprehensive about taking her at first. Alexis helped to ease my concerns and give me a lot of helpful information while still leaving me to make the decision. She was there for support every step of the way and played a large part in the recovery process. She has helped me meet my breastfeeding goals, and I am forever grateful!

Alexis is the best! We met before the baby even came and spent a lot of time together getting comfortable and going over all my concerns. After the baby she was easy to reach, available when I needed her (she even came the next day after I had a painful milk bleb), and was always available via text as well to answer questions. She even helped me choose the best bottle for my baby so my husband could help feed during the night! Totally recommend even if you know what you're doing she is still helpful to talk over your goals with!

Alexis was a godsend during such a wild time as a first time mom. I was so grateful for her support during the first few weeks of my daughter’s life. I have PCOS and was dealing with a low supply. Alexis gave me such wonderful tips to help get my supply up and keep my baby girl gaining weight. Her professionalism and kind demeanor truly was so appreciated during a time where I was filled with anxiety and doubt. My family is so grateful for her knowledge and support. I have and will continue to recommend her to new moms in the midst of newborn haze because she is such a bright light and intelligent lactation consultant.
