About me

Hello birthing families. My name is Alicia and I have been doing birth work intermittently for about 4 years. I have attended over 10 births in the hospital and home environment. I most recently have been working with a home birth midwife in CA as a birth assistant. I do have doula training through BEST and will be repeating doula training in July. I am also beginning the process of becoming certified as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist. I am also a mother of 8 with plenty of newborn care experience. I also spent 18 years working as a registered nurse prior to deciding to invest fully into the birthing arena. I look forward to connecting with you.

Service introduction

I offer full circle birthing services. What does that mean? Well that means you have full access to me 24/7 via text or phone from the time you sign your contract until you are 6 months postpartum. I support you throughout your birth and stay until you feel confident and ready for me to leave. Finally you have a postpartum visit to debrief on the birth and address any concerns. I also offer additional postpartum visits in 4 and 8 hour increments if interested as an add-on.
