About me
I am a certifying birth and postpartum doula and a mother of three. I felt called to this work after the birth of my first daughter while living abroad with my husband in South America. Through that experience—even with a great husband—I became deeply passionate about ensuring that no mother has to navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period alone. The early weeks and months of motherhood can be overwhelming, and women need the support of other women during this transformative season. While raising my family and working as an administrative assistant, I have pursued my passion for supporting new moms and families as a Family Life Coach with Colorado Family Life Center (CFLC). Through the Confident Beginnings Program, I walk alongside first-time parents as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I guide parents as they learn about breastfeeding, bonding, milestones, sleep, and so much more. Officially becoming a birth and postpartum doula was a natural extension of this work. In my free time, I love spending time with my family playing board games, going camping, and discussing the latest sasquatch sightings. I run a small at-home bakery called Bun in the Oven Bakery, where my daughters and I sell pies and muffins at the Orchards Farmers Market during the summer. I am a follower of Jesus and attend Flatirons Community Church in Denver.

Service introduction
I offer compassionate, personalized support for families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. As a birth doula, I provide prenatal education, help you prepare for your preferences and goals for labor, and offer continuous emotional, physical, and practical support during birth. As a postpartum doula, I help families adjust during those early weeks at home through encouragement, newborn and recovery support, breastfeeding guidance, light household help, and space for parents to rest, recover, and grow in confidence. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, cared for, and never alone as you welcome your baby.
