About me

Five years ago, I became a birth nerd. Long before my son was born, I found myself fascinated by fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding. I couldn’t get enough—I was constantly reading, learning, and diving deeper into everything related to the childbearing journey. After becoming a mother, that curiosity only grew stronger. Rather than shifting my focus entirely to parenting, I felt drawn to deepen my understanding of birth itself. When my second child was born, I was grateful for all the knowledge I had gathered along the way—and the experience reignited my passion for birth even more. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many pregnant friends, offering encouragement, information, and a listening ear. Eventually, I realized that supporting families during pregnancy and birth was more than an interest—it was a calling. To further my knowledge and develop my skills, I completed one of the nation’s leading doula training programs at Bastyr University, approved by DONA International. Today, I feel honored to walk alongside growing families during one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support so parents can feel informed, confident, and empowered as they welcome their baby into the world. ✨ Birth is powerful, and it is a privilege to be part of that journey.
