Peace beautiful souls , My name is Amara , I am a mom of 3 , here in the charlotte Nc area , I have a background in movement therapies such as prenatal and postpartum yoga , Trauma informed care and a Birth and postpartum doula . My business is all about motherhood. Nurturing the mama in all stages of motherhood through integrative healing , support and communication . When I become apart of your village , you become apart of mine . Pregnancy is a sacred time in a mother’s life , and I am here to be there for you along the way .
