What to expect

I offer individual therapy sessions virtually or in person in Barrie, Ontario Canada. My specialized training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to treat trauma, including birth trauma, anxiety, identity loss and mood struggles.
