-Complimentary 30 minute consultation -Birth plan development and design -Welcome package of educational materials and warming, nurturing gifts to support you in pregnancy and early postpartum -Prenatal nutrition assistance - I help tailor meals to nourish your body and address common pregnancy needs, including low appetite, anemia, thyroid imbalances, gestational diabetes and more -Communication via text/Voxer/email/phone upon contract signing and through the 4th trimester..you’ll never have to wonder if your question is “too small” to ask -Continuous labor and birth support including ~2 hours immediate postpartum -(3) 60 minute prenatal visits Prenatal #1 we dive deep into your intake form, past birth experiences, and your vision for this birth Prenatal #2 we focus on labor positions, pain management techniques, your YES and NO list and postpartum preparation—covering everything from groceries, meal and drink recipes and visitor expectations, to healing support and handling early newborn appointments Prenatal #3 we refine your birth preferences, create backup plans for unexpected situations and review any pieces we might have glossed over in previous appointments -(2) 90-120 minute postpartum visits - On postpartum days 3 and 10 (or whenever works best for you), I’ll cook a nourishing meal, tidy up, start a load of laundry and check in on your mental and physical well-being. These visits are designed to help you feel supported, rested and cared for, and look different for every mama. -Sovereign Postpartum Guide - My guide to stepping into your sovereignty in postpartum—complete with scripts and journal prompts to help you set boundaries, make confident decisions and fully own your experience. -Birth Closing - A space to reflect on your birth, integrate your experience and honor this transformation. I’ll also guide you through a meditation to gently close this birth portal. -Access to my lending library of my favorite pregnancy, birth and postpartum books -List of recommended specialists in your area
Includes everything from The Essential package plus: -Additional 60 minute prenatal visit - A dedicated session to prepare for the sacred transition of birth. We’ll explore the birth portal, and I’ll guide you through a meditation to help you connect with your body, release any lingering fears and step fully into readiness for your baby’s arrival. -Additional 90-120 minute postpartum visit - This time is yours. Whether you need me to tackle your to-do list, tidy up, or simply hold your baby while you nap or take a long shower, I’m here to make sure you feel supported, rested and nourished.

I am so grateful for Amy. I had to temporarily move to Houston to undergo fetal surgery and I deeply needed support with nutrition post surgery and beyond. Amy was amazing at giving me all the confidence to have the birthing experience that I wanted. After a hospital induction for my first and a lot of unnecessary doctors’ visits with this pregnancy, having Amy on my side to know when I could say no to anything I didn't want was very appreciated. She was there through the hospital experience to ensure that my wishes were followed through, even if the staff acted like they couldn't hear us. Amy was also there for my husband who needed all the guidance he could get. Amy also introduced me to a whole list of amazing people to have in my corner for labor & delivery and postpartum. Because of her I have a great lactation consultant and a chiropractor for me and my little one that have made all the difference. Amy is so knowledgeable in all things babies, birth, and nutrition! I used her food services and had the sticky honey garlic meatballs and asparagus and the kale, sausage, and potato soup and both meals were delicious. They reheated well, and I felt nourished in my postpartum healing. The convenience of simply heating up food was a huge plus! I highly recommend using Amy’s food services postpartum or even in a busy season!

Amy was an absolute dream to work with! We hired her very early on in pregnancy after we found out. Her skills and ability to make sense of the entire process from pregnancy/ birth/ postpartum was honestly key to our journey being as fluid as it was. She worked fantastically with our midwives, gave suggestions & SO MANY resources for what may work more specifically to our needs, and though we were unable to have her at our actual birth, she was just a phone away assisting us as best as she could. We had her come help us postpartum in our home. She cooked absolutely amazing, soul nourishing meals, that to this day we still make BC they're so phenomenal. She cleaned, food shopped, held little one when needed a moment, gave suggestions for lactation support resources, and even checked in with partner & myself on how we were doing individually, with each other & with the overall shift into parenthood. Empowered Intuition is more than just the name of the business, it's how you feel in every step with her support through this process. Definitely would love to work with her again. And until we can we will sing her praises to anybody that needs a trustworthy, caring, passionate doula such as her.💜

Amy is personable and very professional. She is really sweet and has a very calm personality. We hired Amy to help us with overnight support for our 1.5 week old newborn daughter. Specifically, Amy helped us for 1-3 nights in a given week for us to catch up on sleep and until we gained more confidence of having a baby in the house. Amy recorded sleep/wake and feeding times for the baby and any behaviors she observed. On the days we didn't have Amy, we would try to understand our baby's night patterns more. We'd share and collaborate with Amy on a game plan when we saw her and any questions that we had about night shift. Amy is very caring and tuned in to our daughter's needs. I always appreciated it so much when she asked if she could help with anything else such as bottles, putting in a load of laundry for us, as well as any meal prep.

Our 1st contact w/Amy, she matched our excitement & was completely supportive. She assisted both of us in pregnancy w/resources on parenting, wellness, nutrition, birthplan & postpartum prep, referrals for birthing & breastfeeding classes, guidance for everything from baby gear, to pre- & post-natal products, homebirth supplies, and sure I’m forgetting more! Any concerns/questions we had she was quick & responsive. She’d follow up on things previously spoken about. She even jumped on phone appts with our midwives. Though pandemic restrictions didn’t allow us to have her w/us at birth (transfer), she was 100% available by phone. Keeping us supported & calm through calls & texts. Hearing her reinforcing words that we were doing what was best for us & babe was a big part of our success & ease. Her postpartum services? WOW! What a game changer. She assisted w/cleaning, cooking, & shopping. Cooking alone was AMAZING. Amy used some of our recipes & super nutritious & tasty meals of her own. Was so great to relax & bond w/babe. Each day here she made wellness checks mentally & how I was physically. Had some latch issues & set plan of action to help address. Even sat down & had a thorough almost debrief of the birth. Was refreshing to talk out anything my partner & I didn’t think to address already together. We kept updates going for lactation issues & my postpartum visits. I love reaching out to her with little one updates & seeing how excited she still is for each of our milestones If you are in need of practitioner who is amazing, caring, attentive, responsive, educated, & all around a light of energy to have with you during this huge step, Amy is the one! We can not speak enough of how thankful we are to have her in our lives & look forward to singing her praises, as well as diving back in with her when we decide to add to our family again.
