What to expect

I provide compassionate postpartum and overnight newborn care, specializing in overnight support for families during the early weeks and months with their baby. As a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, I help with newborn care, soothing, feeding support, diaper changes, establishing healthy nighttime routines, and keeping the baby comfortable and cared for throughout the night. My goal is to give parents the opportunity to rest and recover while knowing their baby is in safe, loving, and attentive hands. I also offer overnight nanny-style newborn care and adapt my support to each family’s needs, parenting preferences, and routines.
