Hello! I'm Jenifer a certified Postpartum Doula with two years of hands-on experience supporting families during the beautiful - and sometimes overwhelming - transition into life with a new baby. My passion lies in nurturing not just newborns, but parents too, helping you feel confident, supported, and truly cared for during the fourth trimester. Whether it's assisting with infant care, providing emotional support, helping with feeding (breast/chest or bottle), or simply making sure you get a nourishing meal and some much-needed rest, my role is to walk beside you with compassion and calm. Every family is different, and I tailor my care to meet your unique needs and values. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for your parenting choices, my goal is to empower you to find your own rhythm in this new chapter.
