What to expect

Since childhood I have learned how to manage migraines, chronic pain episodes, debilitating anxiety, and depression cycles with minimal medication and various mindfulness techniques. I can offer support, guidance, and empowerment by email, text, phone call, video chat, and in-person. My rate is $45 an hour (however I'm open to sliding scale and perhaps barter :)
