About me

My name is Sophie McPhee! I’m a postpartum doula, licensed massage therapist, and somatic psychotherapist (LPCC) with a background in infant care and trauma-informed nervous system support. My approach to postpartum support is grounded in the belief that caring for a new baby also means caring for the nervous system of the whole family. During overnights, I bring a calm, attentive presence to newborn care so parents can genuinely rest, knowing their baby is being cared for with warmth and competence. I’m especially passionate about helping parents feel supported rather than managed. I offer practical help and an attuned, steady presence during such a tender transition.
