About Angel

Hello fellow Mamas! My name is Angel and I am a Certified Postpartum Doula (CPD) as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), located in Elk Grove, California. I am also honored to help new moms in my community as a Local Support Coordinator with Postpartum Support International. I also have some experience working with children who have special needs. From my own postpartum journey, there was always a sense of feeling overwhelmed, expectations not getting met, health and goals getting placed on the back burner. I'm here to help those of you who have been feeling this way to navigate and embrace motherhood by providing an encouraging, non-judgmental, and supportive atmosphere. Remember, you are not alone. Virtual Postpartum + Lactation Sessions

1:1 sessions with me for 55 minutes via Zoom or other virtual platform. EXAMPLES OF WHAT MAY BE DISCUSSED: - Newborn care - Discussing Lactation challenges & concerns - Targeting specific breastfeeding issues and working together to improve breastfeeding challenges - Your emotional & mental health - Goals for your baby and yourself - Postpartum plan for you and your family - Providing online or in-person resources and information for you and family

$48 USD · Per hour

In-Person Postpartum + Lactation Sessions

1:1 sessions with me in your home, may work with other family members in the home but mainly will support and work with you. EXAMPLES OF WHAT SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED: - Newborn care - Discussing Lactation challenges & concerns - Targeting specific breastfeeding issues and working together to improve breastfeeding challenges - Discussing your emotional & mental health - Setting goals for your baby and yourself - Setting a postpartum plan with you and your family - Providing online or in-person resources and information for you and family - Light household chores (i.e. tidying up, vacuuming, etc.) - Watching/playing with other children in the household

$65 USD · Per hour

In-Person Postpartum Sessions ONLY
