I’m a mama of two and a compassionate, caring provider dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer lactation support, childbirth education, and nurturing bodywork including craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and postpartum massage. As a postpartum doula, I provide gentle, personalized care to help you feel confident, supported, and at ease during this important transition. My approach is rooted in connection, trust, and creating a calm, welcoming space for every family I work with.
