As a DONA certified Birth Doula, I am thrilled to be able to help families during one of the most exciting and beautiful moments in their lives-having a baby. I'm passionate about nutrition and natural remedies but as someone who is continuing their studies in the medical field, I am also very science oriented in my practice.
