YOU NEED GRACE! If you’re going back & forth about needing a doula, YOU NEED A DOULA! It takes so much pressure off you and your birth partner to have the support and advocacy of a doula beside you. This is one time you need to take as much pressure off yourself as possible. While it's extra money, my husband & I both agree it’s SO WORTH IT! And Grace made it affordable. We were so thankful to have Grace by our side for the birth of our 2nd child. She's so knowledgeable & willing to help every step of the way. After hiring Grace, she checked in regularly, was always willing to answer questions, & met up with us to ensure we had the best plan in place. When I went into labor, Grace helped me think through next steps & was ready to meet us at the hospital. It felt like having a trusted friend there, making the whole process more comfortable. You won’t feel judged or pushed to do anything you don’t want to do with Grace. She just wants to help give you the birth experience that YOU want.

Grace did a wonderful job walking alongside me through pregnancy & birth. She guided me through the process of identifying what really mattered to me, offering a non-anxious & non-judgmental presence. I felt so well-cared for with Grace by my side! On the day when I gave birth to my baby, Grace was there with laboring supplies at the ready. She helped my husband support me effectively during labor, showing him where to do counter-pressure, for example. That was invaluable to us, because he really wanted to help, but didn't know how! In the midst of the intense focus of labor, she helped me remember my priorities and values, and I felt so lucky to have her on my team. After my baby was born and we made it home, Grace was a wonderful resource, even just for emotional support. She made such a big difference in my pregnancy and birth experience. I felt calm and prepared, which was essential to letting my body take the lead.
