I specialize in perinatal anxiety & mood disorders (PMAD) and provide education, resources, and support for those who think they may, or are already experiencing PMAD's. This transition is hard. It's not just welcoming home a new baby, it's radically accepting a new identity, a new routine, a new personality of yourselves. Theres no reason to have to struggle through alone thinking something is wrong with you. This is very common. I'd love to help you adjust in the ways that matter; relevant education, real-life local resources, and hands-on support.
