Amazing! 10/10 Juile made my whole birth experience super enjoyable. From coming up with a birth plan suitable for me to being by our side during labor and delivery. I'm honestly so blessed she was able to help me birth my first baby boy. Birth itself is nerve wracking but she made me feel very comfortable with how knowledgeable and supportive she is. She not only took stress off my plate but also my partners allowing him to be present during labor and delivery.

Julie has a true gift in her care as a doula. She has a genuine warmth and compassion in her nature. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the birthing experience, and equips us as her clients with that knowledge coupled with her great support throughout the process, which gave us a true sense of confidence and ease knowing that we would have the best care as possible no matter what. I personally felt so seen, heard, and supported with her help. We are a returning client (2 pregnancies) and I couldn't imagine going through either of those experiences without her. Julie helped me through the birth of our first daughter December 2024 and I couldn’t imagine giving birth without her. Julie has the calmest demeanor and makes you feel comfortable from the start. This was my first time having a doula and I am so happy I decided to go with Julie because she was phenomenal. I was pregnant with our second child and my husband was on deployment my entire pregnancy. Having Julie with me during that time for emotional support was a lifesaver. My husband got home two weeks before our son was born and Julie was right there with us at the hospital. I am forever grateful for her!

I'm incredibly grateful and blessed to have Julie as our doula! After having a not so great experience delivering my 2nd baby, we knew we wanted to have a doula this round. Julie is so passionate about what she does and is so down to earth. She helped us advocate for very specific things we wanted during delivery and post delivery. She really listened to our pain points from my 2nd delivery and help us craft a customized birthplan making this 3rd birth process so much easier. I've dealt with extreme carpel tunnel with all my pregnancies and Julie was at my bedside during delivery massaging my hands and arms to alleviate pain (I had her on one end and the hubs on the other arm). Post partum Julie is still coming through, making my heart-shaped umbilical cord keepsake and body butter with my placenta. Julie is truly an expert doula.... I only wish I would have met her sooner for my 1st two kiddos!

My experience with Julie was truly magical. This is my first child, and I had a home birth. She supported me through my pregnancy , birth, and postpartum check-ins. Booking her was really easy and she contacted me very fast after I submitted interest. I found her through recommendation of a friend that was happy with her services! Julie is knowledgeable, communicative, supportive, kind, and overall an amazing doula! She made my experience as a first time mom very special. The prenatal visits were super informative and detailed perfectly! She even provided copies of summaries and notes of everything that was discussed. I was having a hard time finding a midwife and she was able to give me a reference to the midwife I chose and loved! Any text or call I had throughout pregnancy she answered immediately/quickly! She also checked in periodically in pregnancy to see how I was doing which was super reassuring! My birth experience was amazing and positive. Personally my labor was fairly quick, and when I gave her a call to notify I was in labor she came super quick. She was actually the first to arrive out of everyone I called, probably within 30-45mins(This was at 1:00am!) I can honestly say she was the best person that helped me get through labor. I only allowed her to speak to me and she supported me and advocated for me in the best way! I felt heard, comfortable, and understood. I am so happy and grateful I had her there with me, I don’t think it would’ve been as positive if she wasn’t there! She made me feel like family throughout my entire maternity process and supported every decision i made. I also chose to encapsulate my placenta and she did a beautiful job! I love the keepsakes I was given and will cherish them forever! She even has checked in on me postpartum and to wish my baby boy a happy 6 months :) I love her as a beautiful soul, and she’s an amazing mom! Her services were so special and helpful to me. Wow! Where should I start? Well, I will say I started my doula search early. We interviewed at least 3 or 4 other doulas, but it was something about Julie’s vibe that made her really stick out to me. From our first meeting, she seemed very organized, kind, personable, and knowledgeable. With Julie as our doula, she checked in periodically between visits and made herself available via text or call if I had any questions or concerns. Fast forwarding to the weekend of baby boys delivery, Julie made sure she was available to make sure she was able to meet us at the hospital if it was indeed go time. We went into the hospital to see if I was far enough along, indeed we were and my husband called Julie to come be with us. She usually gives a 2-hour window to be en route to the hospital so I was expecting to see her closer to 2 hours. To my surprise, I feel like she showed up within 30 to 45 minutes of when my husband called. When she arrived she made sure we were being advocated for as we needed to be as well as set the atmosphere for laboring just as mentioned in the birthing plan. I will say if you are having back labor she gives the “BEST” back massages. With her support, I will say we successfully were able to have an unmedicated birth. Although we did have a come to Jesus moment when I didn't think I could push anymore, it felt like she became a drill sergeant but I understand it was needed and it was with love. After birth, we had postpartum hours with her. She would show up each time ready to tackle the list of items we had for her to do. With all this being said, I would definitely recommend Julie for your doula services.

This review is long overdue. I've been in the throws of postpartum. Julie was absolutely everything that I needed in a doula. I felt comfortable with her almost immediately upon meeting her. Our home visits were like having a close friend over, and I really needed that. She knew exactly what I needed during pregnancy, labor and when my delivery wasn't going the way I hoped. I truly believe that had I not had Julie there, I would have had a hard time coming to terms with how my birth experience went. Not only was she a calming presence in the room but she also got great photos that we will cherish forever. And as if that's not enough, she took time out to deliver placenta prints a few weeks later! I had never gotten placenta prints (this was my fourth pregnancy) and they are absolutely beautiful and so special. She checked on me weeks after and wished him a happy one month. I would recommend Julie to anyone who is looking for a doula. She TRULY CARES about you and baby. Thank you so much for everything, Julie! Julie provided excellent support and education to help me achieve the safe and unmedicated birth that I desired. She is very knowledgeable, competent, and overall someone that you definitely want on your labor team!

Julie is such a great doula and such a sweet person. She is very educated on childbirth and breastfeeding. I secured Julie as my doula to have a smooth vaginal delivery but I ended up having a planned csection due to some complications. Julie supported me every step of the way and although I was nervous to be having a csection, she reassured me and instilled confidence in me. We talked in length over choosing a doctor to deliver me who aligned with me personal desires for the birth of my baby, and I’m happy we made the decision we did. The day of my birth she showed up and prepped me mentally for my csection and was in the recovery room afterwards. I highly suggest Julie, and will be using her in the future.

Julie was Amazing!!! She really took the time out to learn how I work and to learn how Ii wanted my birth. She helped me control my breathing and got my baby girl here safely! I really do appreciate her so much and I would most definitely need her again for my next child. I was so scared but she kept me calm and encouraged me throughout my whole pregnancy. It took me awhile to write this review, only because I've been busy with the baby and life but I want to share this because Julie was so great with me leading up to and at the birth of my daughter, that I hope you will consider her when looking for a Doula. Julie was a warm spirit and is very knowledgable, open and honest. She made the whole process easy and was super supportive of what I wanted my birth experience to be. She was communicative and when I asked her to come to the hospital she was there in about an hour. She stayed the whole time until I gave birth and gave her input when I needed to make decisions (I asked her to) and she also had a great rapport with my doctor. Her pricing is also very reasonable for the area. I would totally recommend her if you are in need of a Doula. My babygirl is 4 months now and I'm very glad I chose Julie for my journey into Motherhood.

Julie is an amazing doula. I am so thankful that I had her as my birth doula. She helped prepare both my husband and I for labor and the postpartum period. She taught wonderful prenatal sessions and was there for my labor. She also recommended a wonderful local birthing class. Originally my husband and I planned a home-birth and Julie was very supportive of this decision however it didn’t go as planned and I had to go to the hospital to give birth. Julie met my husband and I at the hospital and supported us throughout my entire labor and delivery. She made sure that both my husband and I understood the information the hospital staff discussed with us throughout labor. I ended up having an emergency c-section and Julie helped encourage and supported me as I received that news. That helped me tremendously. Once my husband and I returned home from the hospital Julie brought over our umbilical cord art, and placenta prints, as well as my encapsulated placenta. I would definitely recommend any expecting mother to select Julie as their doula. She is compassionate and supportive and this is her true calling. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her during my birth experience. In the future when my husband and I decide on having a second child I will definitely be signing up for one of Julie’s birthing and postpartum packages.

This was my first pregnancy so to say I was scared was an understatement but from the very first meeting Julie created a sense of comfort that everything would go just fine. She was very knowledgeable through the whole 9 months and I could not have gotten through labor without her. The best decision we made during my pregnancy was hiring a doula, and meeting Julie specifically. I went from wanting a c-section to giving birth naturally. It made me wonder how I would have done it without her help, support, and encouragement. My labor was intense but she made me feel comforted that I actually was about to go for a delivery without epidural. I wish I did, but that is a story for another day. Julie was everything to us!!! When I say everything I mean everything support professionalism, on time. She was diligent checking in on us before, during and after our birth. Remembered important dates like appointments, baby showers, age anniversaries for our baby. Julie was tremendous support during the birth. Making sure we were both heard and also advocated and made sure we knew and understood exactly what was happening. She stayed to support us for over 10+ hours and when not there and if we needed her at any time she came immediately. Julie not only was a support system for my wife but also myself she made sure I also was okay. Simple questions like how are you doing went a long way. Julie was willing to run errands for us and even brought us lunch and groceries. Then made sure We always were on track to make sure we were prepared for the baby's arrival. She provided us resources in everything we asked or needed help on including postpartum depression and even sent my wife a book to help her through it all. We love Julie and are grateful the universe sent her as our doula and friend. We hope with our next child she is available so we can have her as our doula again.

I am starting off by saying that I started researching doula's pretty late into my pregnancy. As a matter of fact when I reached out to Julie I was already 32 weeks pregnant. But regardless she was open to working with me, even though we did not have as much time preparing for the arrival of my little girl. She always answered any questions I might have. I mentioned wanting to try additional pain management techniques that she was not familiar with and she dived in head first into getting familiar with them . Our prep time got cut short by the arrival of my baby girl 3 weeks early and Julie was nothing short of amazing in supporting my birth plan and helping with pain management during labor and delivery. She was there every step of the way, making sure my needs are met. Coming into my third pregnancy, my first girl, I wanted to be all natural. My first thought was a home birth with a midwife and doula. I was halfway through my pregnancy and couldn't find a midwife to do a homebirth. I connected with Julie through her husband who is in the Army with me and we made plans to meet. I could not have been more happy! Julie is the sweetest and most amazing person. And as a doula, very knowledgeable and skillful in her duties. From the planning and prepping process, to the delivery and postpartum visits Julie was absolutely wonderful and I can not see myself getting pregnant again and not hiring her. Without the medication I felt everything and although the labor wasn't as bad as I thought, it was by no means easy, but Julie kept me calm and encouraged me the entire time (about 12 hours) and took time to teach my husband how to comfort me through the contractions and helped him though the process of stimulating our baby girl and cutting the cord. She was great with my sons as well, 5 and 7, who wanted to share in the experience as well. We could not have gotten through this without her. She is definitely a blessing to our family. And Lord willing, if we have another, she will be the first we call. I 100% recommend any mother in need of caring and understanding support during this beautiful time in life, to call Julie at Your Doual In Love!
