Hi my name is SaH, I'm 28, first time mom & wife. I was called to birth work at the young age of 11 but I didn't take an official course until 2020. I am Certified Holistic Doula & Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. I have assisted over 15 families in different ways during their birthing journeys. I'm always looking to learn more to better educate the families i work with and the community I serve.

I have been working in the perinatal support field since July 2020 as a breastfeeding peer counselor and then as a birth doula. My own experiences with birth and breastfeeding led me to birth work—I was inspired to support others the way I had been supported.
