Basic Birth Doula Package

- Provide evidence-based information on pregnancy, birth & postpartum - 2 prenatal visits explore birth goals and wishes, basic breastfeeding education, discuss comfort measures, pain coping techniques, interventions, newborn care procedures & more - Unlimited phone/text/email support -On-call from 38-42 weeks - Continuous labor/birth support from time requested through the Golden Hours - Use of labor tools (TENS Unit, Birth/Peanut Ball, Aromatherapy, Massagers, Acupuncture Comb, etc.) - Back-up doula support - 1 postpartum visits newborn care, lactation consultation, processing your birth, baby wearing & more
