Professional postpartum doula and Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) support offering more comprehensive assistance during the postpartum period. Services include: * All essential newborn care services * Postpartum recovery and parental support * Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding assistance * Newborn care education and guidance * Developmentally appropriate sleep support * Support for twins and higher-order multiples * Nonclinical support for premature infants and newborns with additional care needs * Bottle preparation, cleaning, and sanitization * Minimal newborn-related household tasks, as time permits Please note: Newborn care and parental support always take priority. Light household assistance is provided only when time allows and does not include general housekeeping.
Individualized guidance addressing one primary lactation/ feeding or nutrition concern per consultation. Appointments are personalized to each family’s needs and typically last 1–2 hours, without a rigid time limit. Consultation topics may include: * Breastfeeding and lactation concerns * Bottle-feeding difficulties and bottle refusal * Feeding aversion and feeding-related challenges * Pumping and milk supply education * Formula-feeding guidance * Introducing solids and baby-led weaning * Age-appropriate infant nutrition * Feeding routines and transitions Each consultation focuses on understanding the family’s concerns, providing individualized guidance, and developing practical strategies appropriate to the child’s needs.

Natalie was wonderful - I could not recommend her more! We first hired Natalie as a night nanny to take care of our twin 2-month-old daughters, at 4 months we transitioned her to full-time day nanny to continue to take care of our young twins and our 2-year-old daughter. Natalie was a blessing!!! We searched high and low for the perfect fit when we brought our preemie home and I never had a worry that Natalie fit the bill. She is always in time (early), very knowledgeable and always kept herself busy caring for our daughter. Bottles always sanitized and organized, daughters laundry is always folded and organized in her dresser. She really took caring for our daughter to a whole other level.

I have never felt this at ease with anybody else before. Natalie is hands down the best. We hired her to be our night nanny for our newborn that was born premature so that I could catch some Z's before my toddler wakes up. She does everything perfectly and watches out for things that I would watch out for. She's very knowledgeable in child development and health. Natalie took care of my 4 boys on multiple occasions. My youngest has a serious medical condition and the second youngest has a severe food allergy. Natalie was confident and knew exactly what to do. All my boys loved having her- she went outside and played ball with them, got them to eat mac n cheese and their veggies. They are more than excited when she comes over, especially to get me out of the house. She is on time, keeps the house clean, and tires the boys out.
