Greetings, families. My name is Ottavia Turner, and I am a full-spectrum birth and postpartum care doula and a traditional midwifery assistant. I support families throughout the entire pregnancy journey, including hands-on support during the labor and birth process, ensuring you feel informed, empowered, and advocated for every step of the way. My services range from birth advocacy, labor support, childbirth education, holistic health practices, postpartum and nanny care, yoga, singing bowl sessions, and homeschool education, and so much more. I became a birth worker after experiencing my own home birth ceremony with my son. It was a deeply magical and transformative experience—one that showed me the power of intentional, supported birth. From that moment on, I knew I was called to support like-minded families in creating a birth experience that aligns with their desires, honors their body, and becomes a memorable and sacred moment for a lifetime.

One year ago I had the most life changing experience. I had my dream Home birth experience thanks to Ottavia Turner. Ottavia spent months preparing me for natural birth. Yoga , meditation, breath work and natural birth education classes all the services she offered me. I felt prepared and confident enough to endure natural child birth. During birth I remembered everything we did during our sessions. Hours later my baby boy was born safely at home in our bath tub.
