As a mom myself, I understand the deep emotions, excitement, and sometimes uncertainty that can come with pregnancy and birth. My own journey into motherhood ignited my passion for birth work and showed me just how important it is to feel heard, respected, and fully supported during this transformative time. I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and at peace as she welcomes her baby into the world, no matter the setting. Whether you're planning a natural hospital birth, are unsure of your options, or simply want someone by your side advocating for your wishes, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. 3 prenatal meetings to discuss fears, birth preferences, and techniques to support your goals. Continuous in-person labor and delivery support, assisting you and your partner with comfort measures and any unexpected changes. 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support to help with baby’s adjustment and breastfeeding initiation. 1 postpartum visit (2 hours) to process your birth experience, answer questions, and provide light household help tailored to your needs. Bone Broth made to help with postpartum recovery. Ongoing text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum for reassurance and guidance. package customization options available

Postpartum Doula Servuces

1 prenatal meeting to get to know your family and the support you are looking for and also ensure you are properly set up for the postpartum period 20 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Support - This is broken into 5 4-hour sessions. Ongoing text support from the time of booking through the completion of the package for reassurance and guidance. package customization available

I offer packages at three price points, all including prenatal visits, continuous labor support, postpartum follow-up, and full pregnancy text support. Higher-tier packages provide extras like additional prenatal sessions and postpartum meal prep. My goal is to ensure you feel confident, heard, and supported every step of the way!
