About Ariel

Ariel Aguilera has been working with newborns and young babies her entire life. Since 2013, starting at a family house with a preemie baby, over to a low-income daycare where she took care of 7 babies by herself in the nursery area, to come to the United States in 2018 to become an au pair, and off to a childcare career. Ariel completed her training course through Newborn Care Solutions and is a CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist. She has experience working with special needs and multiples; besides being a mom herself. Her expertise lies in routine and sleep hygiene. Besides hands-on experience, Ariel also has a training course on how to identify Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, is a trained sleep trainer/consultant, and is a CAPPA Lactation Educator & Postpartum Doula. Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid, and being up to date on her vaccinations are also on her resume.

Here is a little list of what I can offer, but please, do reach out to musicknewborncare@gmail.com and we can talk further about any other needs. ・nighttime newborn care (10-14hrs a night) ・Virtual Newborn Guidance (3-months package so you can have support asap and have your baby in a great routine, but does not want in-person help) ・ In-person sleep training (4+ months old) ・ Virtual sleep training (guidance for you or your nanny) ・ Nursery Set Up (I will create a list of your must-haves, purchase them for you, and set up someone to put them together. ・ Nanny Training (I will spend a week with your nanny, training her in all things newborn-related). ・Part-Time Daytime Help within 5-10 miles from Stamford CT Thank you!

What is your price?

My hourly rate ranges from $50-$65/hour depending on the location you are in. For virtual services, I am happy to quote you based on your needs and length of service.

What are your credentials?

I am a CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with training in Lactation Education, and Sleep Training. My expertise lies in routine and sleep shaping, so if you want a routine where you know what to expect next, I am your person! My contract end goal is that the baby is having 8-12 hours of sleep at night by 12-16 weeks old.

When is your next availability?

I am currently available after August/2025, but don't worry! If your due date doesn't match my availability, I am still able to help by referring you to my highly qualified colleagues.
