What I'll provide: - 1 meet and greet session before the prenatal visit(s) - 1–2 prenatal visits to get to know each other and help prepare for your birth experience - Emotional, physical, and informational support leading up to your birth - Continuous support during labor and delivery - Comfort techniques such as breathing, positioning, and encouragement - 1 postpartum follow-up visit/check-in
