About Asha

I'm Asha, a Certified Community-Based Full-Spectrum Doula trained through Ancient Song, and I've been providing overnight newborn care since 2024. I help new families get real rest while their baby is in calm, attentive hands. Overnight, I handle feeding (bottle, or bringing baby to you to nurse), diapering, soothing, safe sleep, and gentle routines. I also wash bottles and pump parts and log the night for you. Because I'm a doula, I support the birthing parent too: recovery, feeding questions, and emotional check-ins. I hold a Master of Health Administration and care deeply about maternal health. I serve West Orange, Montclair, Maplewood, South Orange, Newark and the surrounding area, plus Brooklyn.
