Hey, I’m Ashle! I’m a childbirth educator, holistic health coach, and birth doula-in-training with a heart for helping women walk into birth feeling calm, confident, and prepared. I believe every family deserves evidence-based education, compassionate support, and the freedom to make informed decisions that feel right for them. What does a birth doula do?

A birth doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident while working alongside your medical team.. not replacing them.

Do you support hospital births?

Yes! I support hospital births and strive to help families create a positive, empowering birth experience regardless of where or how they give birth.

Do I have to be planning an unmedicated birth?

Not at all. I support all types of births, including medicated births, inductions, planned cesareans, VBACs, and everything in between. My goal is to help you feel informed and supported in the choices that are right for your family.

What areas do you serve?

I serve families throughout Central Florida. Virtual education and birth planning sessions are also available anywhere.

What is included in your doula package?

Every package includes prenatal planning, continuous labor support, on-call availability before your due date, unlimited communication throughout pregnancy, and postpartum follow-up. We’ll discuss the details during your free consultation.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss your birth goals, and make sure we’re a great match before moving forward.

Will you support my birth preferences even if they change?

Absolutely. Birth is unpredictable, and my role is never to push an agenda. Whether your plans stay the same or change along the way, I’ll support you, provide evidence-based information, and help you feel confident in each decision.
