Personal Training - Virtual
One-on-one training option with a program tailored to your needs. I will design a program that fits your goals and the equipment you have available to you (please note that if you don’t have access to equipment there may be limits). You choose the number of sessions per week and I will guide you through the entire workout via Zoom. Please note that pricing is per session and sessions will typically range from 30-60 minutes depending on your goals.
Group Coaching - Virtual
Do you have a friend or a small group of friends looking to motivate each other and stay accountable. These group sessions are designed with the goals of the group in mind and are available for 2-5 people. Training with your friends can be a motivating and empowering experience and it can make training more fun. Please note that the $25 is per person per session and session typically range from 45-60 minutes.
Individualized Program Design
Are you unsure of what to do when you tackle your workout for the day or walk into the gym? If so, an individualized program may be for you. This program includes 8 weeks of programming designed to suit your needs based on the equipment you have access to and 1-2 virtual sessions to show the program and the exercises in it. Once you have the exercises and program you will complete the programming on your own.
