All of my packages include support in the following, and more. Baby care: newborn education, telling you what is normal and when you need to call your doctor. Demonstrating care for newborn’s cord. Bathing and swaddling baby. Assistance with breastfeeding and proper latching or bottle feeding. Family care includes: providing emotional and physical support to you and your family. This may look like me bottle feeding your baby while you shower or eat, or take a much needed nap. If you’ve had a Caesarean delivery, I can lift your baby for you and assist with finding comfortable positions to feed your baby. Or you may need me to bring you snacks or water. I am here to make your postpartum recovery easier. Household care: Light household cleaning and organizing. Grocery shopping, laundry, and meal preparations.
