My goal is to create a calm, informed, and empowering experience for every family I serve. I offer emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. When I’m not assisting new moms, I enjoy learning new ways to nurture wellness and strengthen family bonds. I offer continuous emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period — including comfort measures, birth preparation, breastfeeding guidance, newborn care education, and family adjustment support. Whether you desire a natural birth, plan to deliver in a hospital, or need gentle postpartum care at home, I’m here to honor your choices and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
