About me

Hello! My name is Autumn Cloud-Ingram and I am an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I absolutely love empowering families through teaching my virtual childbirth classes, as well as aiding in the healing journey for those who experienced a traumatic birth experience or abortion as a perinatal therapist. I have been in the field of birth work for almost 9 years, and continue to be an advocate for reproductive justice and maternal health. I am a Connecticut native and currently reside in New Haven county with my husband, 2 year old daughter, and dog.

Service introduction

Evidence Based Birth ® Childbirth Class- 4 and 6 week virtual childbirth class. The class features a flipped classroom format where there are weekly live sessions withe along with online content to complete between sessions. Class focuses on the evidence on routine care, comfort measures, and advocacy. Incentives to win at the end of the class! Therapy- Individual therapy with a specialization in birth trauma and abortions.
