Hello everyone! I’m Zia the Guardian Doula. I’m also a labor and delivery registered nurse. The guardian doula represents someone who will cover you in prayer, protect you by advocating for quality care, encourage you with affirmations, and guide you through your pregnancy.

I provide the following services: birth prep education and support, attend prenatal visits, teach spinning baby exercises, assist with labor and delivery, postpartum education and support, and postpartum home visits.
