In need of an overnight nanny who is CPR certified and has at least a few years experience with newborns/infants. My son will need care 3x a week sometimes 4 until April 24th. We are in need of a night nanny a couple nights a week from 9pm to 9am with the possibility of being done by 8. We have a 6yr old who just needs to be woken up and given his medication (1 chewable tablet). He knows when to leave for the bus. Our other child is 4 months old and you would just need to do nighttime feedings and diaper changes ( if any). She is exclusively on breastmilk and milk will be provided in the fridge. She does sleep throughout the night without waking for a feeding. I am usually home by 8am but my husband will be home all night if an emergency were to arise. He leaves for work around 630. My son’s bus arrives at 730ish but will go to the neighbors house prior and wait for the bus there. Once he gets up he gets dressed and out the door on his own and I will Make sure his lunch is packed before I leave For work. We do not have a spare room but there is a bed in the babies nursery along with a small refrigerator that can be used for milk and food if you wish to bring your own food and drinks but we usually have things in the house. I work Wednesday and Thursday one week then the next week II’ll work Monday and Friday (will not be needed Friday if my husband has Saturday off) but do have on call days which I will Be able to provide a month in advance but will at least 3 hour notice if being called in the day of

We are currently exploring doula services for the birth of our first child and are looking for a supportive, knowledgeable provider who aligns with our values and needs. We are planning a hospital birth in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. Our estimated due date is around [insert due date], and we would like support during labor, delivery, and potentially postpartum. Our budget is flexible depending on services offered, but we are ideally looking in the range of $800–$2,000 for birth doula services. We are open to discussing packages and payment plans if available. Our birth plan is to have a calm, supportive, and informed experience. While we are open to medical interventions if necessary, we would prefer a low-intervention birth if possible. Emotional support, guidance with pain management techniques, and advocacy during labor are very important to us. We are especially interested in someone who can help us feel confident and prepared, as this is our first pregnancy following IVF. For the provider, we are looking for someone who: Is a certified doula (DONA, CAPPA, or equivalent preferred) Has at least 2–3 years of experience or has attended multiple births Is comfortable supporting first-time parents Has strong communication skills and a calming presence Bonus if you have experience with IVF pregnancies or high-emotion journeys Bonus if you speak an additional language (not required, but appreciated) Regarding care details: This will be a newborn (first child) No known special medical needs at this time We are interested in guidance on feeding (open to breastfeeding support, but flexible) We may also be interested in additional support, such as: Light postpartum support Newborn care education Basic guidance on sleep routines Light household help (e.g., simple meal prep or tidying), depending on availability Our insurance provider is [insert provider + plan], though we understand doula services may not always be covered. We are open to any documentation needed for reimbursement if applicable. Overall, we are looking for someone who feels like a good personal fit—supportive, knowledgeable, and able to guide us through this experience with confidence and care.
