My plan is to give birth either at the temecula valley hospital or on base hospital on camp pendleton, my estimated budget is around $6,000-$7,000 for 2-3 months of care. My birth plan is still something i’m working out since i am a first time mom. and im early in my 1st trimester. age to me does not matter as long as they are fully certified in the field, know CPR, and have at least 5-6 years of experience. My baby will be around 2weeks old when i start care so my main concern is that during the night time baby baby is woken up and feed as needed, only cleaning wise that would maybe have to be done is just dishes and washing laundry (not folding just washing and drying)

I’m interested on giving birth at home, but I want to see if it’s the best fit for me before anything. I want to see what the budgets range into. As of right now I do not have a birth plan. I want everyone to be certified, numerous years of experience, preferably be 40+ years of age, and I would love for them to speak English and Spanish.

I plan on birthing in San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland CA. I would like to have as least medical interventions as possible however while still in a hospital setting in case it is medically necessary to intervene. I would like to have a doula for supporting my husband and I in preparation for this to be possible as well as postpartum support to help me get settled in as a new mother healing from birthing.
