About me

Hey! I’m a certified full-spectrum doula/childbirth educator, lactation educator in-training and firm believer that everyone deserves compassionate support. I came into this work after becoming a parent myself. My own experience left me thinking, “Shouldn’t someone have told me all this before?” That moment stuck with me and now it fuels the care I offer: grounded, honest and deeply human. I've had the privilege of supporting families during their birth and postpartum experiences in my personal life, as well as training. These moments taught me the power of adaptability, presence and care. Open hands and an open heart truly are at the core of this work. My focus is on a holistic approach - combining emotional, physical and informational support that reflects each unique journey. However you show up, I want to build a space that meets you where you're at - with snacks, understanding and room to just be.

Service introduction

As a birth and postpartum doula, I offer continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor and the early postpartum period. During labor, I assist with comfort measures, pain management options, emotional reassurance and advocacy. I ensure you're fully supported and empowered through each stage of labor and delivery, focusing on your comfort and preferences. Postpartum, I provide essential support to new families by offering guidance on newborn care, infant feeding and adjusting to life with a baby. I also help with light household tasks, meal prep, emotional support, resources/referrals and giving you space to rest and bond. My goal is to help you navigate this transformative time with confidence, comfort and peace of mind.

I wasn't expecting to get an abortion. Bec was really helpful with info, emotional support, helping with self care and recovery. It was overwhelming and I'm glad I didn't have to go through it alone. I'd recommend their support 100%.
