When my husband and I were expecting our first baby, we purchased both the birth and postpartum doula support with Brigette. While I can't say enough good things about Brigette, here are a few characteristics I appreciate about her--she absolutely loves her job, and your baby, and you'll feel it instantly. She's confident while also being accommodating. She's the utmost professional, but also approachable and friendly. And last, but not least, she's informative, but also supportive of your own wishes. Brigette helped guide us through both the expected and unexpected from swaddling techniques to an unplanned early delivery and nursing challenges. If and hopefully when we have another baby, I plan to book Brigette.

Brigette was absolutely amazing! She was so in tune with what me and my husband needed at any given moment. This was our second labor but first time using a doula and we are so thankful we used Brigette. The whole process was more calming and relaxed with her by our side. She listened to what we wanted, and made sure to let the doctors and nurses know our plans. We plan on using Brigette for all future pregnancies!! :)

Brigette was a phenomenal doula that helped my wife and I navigate the birth of our first child in a myriad of ways. During prenatal visits she was a wealth of information and helped us gain the knowledge we needed to prepare for delivery. Throughout the labor process Brigette provided constant emotional support and guidance on important decisions and helped establish a comforting atmosphere. She assisted us with other aspects of labor & delivery such as developing rapport with nurses and bringing us food. Since delivery, she has checked on us and our child multiple times with the care similar to a family member. I would recommend Brigette's excellent services to anyone seeking guidance and emotional support through the journey of pregnancy.

I am so glad we decided to hire Brigette as our birth doula for the birth of my first child. From the moment I decided to work with Brigette, I immediately felt drawn to her warmth and calm presence, as well as her personable and easy-going demeanor. Brigette eased my anxiety about the whole labor and delivery process by talking through all the stages of labor, sharing pain management techniques, and providing me with resources backed by evidence-based research. She was also incredibly supportive in helping us create our birth plan. As I had a planned medical induction at 37 weeks, Brigette had a wealth of information to share with me about my specific situation, including an induction guide which laid out evidence on methods to include the effectiveness, advantages, and disadvantages of each. Ultimately, my labor lasted over 30 hours and Brigette was with us throughout the entire experience. I felt at ease having Brigette to help us make decisions about possible medical interventions during my labor, and she informed us about alternatives and all the options we could pursue, without judgment. Brigette was also able to document the birth of our daughter with photos and videos as she was being born, which we are so grateful for. Overall, Brigette provided us with an enormous amount of emotional support during the whole labor and delivery process. We are so grateful for her!

I cannot recommend Brigette enough. She helped us during the initial postpartum phase with our firstborn and made our lives so much easier. She's incredibly organized, helpful and proactive and her time with us was some of the best money I've ever spent.
