Hi! I’m Bethany, I’m a full spectrum doula serving Tehachapi, CA and surrounding cities. I was a respiratory therapist for 8 years and during that time, I attended over 1,000 high-risk births on the NICU team. Now I am using that knowledge and the training I’ve taken as a doula to support the birthing people in my community.

Service introduction

I offer full spectrum doula services. I will support you through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I also offer TENS unit rentals for pain during labor and placenta encapsulation as à la carte services. I also provided postpartum only care to those who have already given birth. Blossom Package
• Complimentary consultation. • One prenatal visit (2 hours). • Birth preferences planning. • Unlimited text and email support (will be available for phone support by appointment) until 37 weeks. • 24/7 on-call support beginning at 37 weeks. • Up to 8 hours in-person labor & birth support (any additional time over 8 hours will be billed at $25/hour). • One postpartum follow-up visit (2 hours). • Evidence-based resources. ~ All packages will include use of birth/peanut balls, aromatherapy, and other tools used for comfort measures during labor & delivery(excluding TENS unit)

Desert Flower Premium Package
• Everything included in the Blossom Package ​ • Four additional hours of in-person labor & birth support (any additional time over 12 hours will be billed at $25/hour). • Four additional visits(2 hours each)-can be any combination of prenatal or postpartum visits. • Infant feeding support within doula scope of practice until 6 weeks postpartum. • TENS Unit rental-37 weeks until birth. • Use of luxury labor & delivery gown with matching outfit for baby. ~ All packages will include use of birth/peanut balls, aromatherapy, and other tools used for comfort measures during labor & delivery(excluding TENS unit)

Postpartum Only Support
Postpartum visits will aim to support healing. These may include light housework, shopping assistance, holding baby during self-care, and other small tasks that remove stress from your space. ~Must purchase a minimum of 8 hours. Visits can be up to 4 hours long. Overnight support may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
