As your DONA International trained Doula, I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. I offer birth related referrals, basics of baby, and lactation support. I’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you and your family not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and birth. I believe in your body and in your ideas as to how you want to bring this new life into the world.

prenatal visits where you learn comfort measures, exercises and stretches, breath work, mindful relaxation for ease in labor, basics of new born baby, hands on lactation education and bottle feeding. Hospital interventions and home birth. Birth Advocate. BIPOC sliding scale rates for those who qualify.

What to expect

As your DONA International trained Doula, I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. Whether you are interested in a birth related referrals or would like to work with me as your Doula, I’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you need not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and birth. Im fluent in Spanish and English and love to care for all types of families. I provide continuous culturally congruent care with compassion and respect for you to have a bliss full experience growing your family.

Yes, we can do a combination of any type home or office.

can I set up a payment plan?

Yes, if you are committed to the idea of continuous support throughout your pregnancy and delivery, I am happy to arrange a plan that helps you have a doula to support you and your family.

Can I have a doula if I'm having a c-section?

Absolutely, you will need as much help as you can get during and after you are home. Sometimes needing a surgery can take a told on ones mental health and I can offer support in this area and help identify if you need to be referred to a specialist in the area of mental health.
