I DO NOT WANT TO TEAR that is my biggest fear, but I also don’t have any motivation to exercise or know what to do to avoid that, I want a birth plan just don’t know were to start, I plan to give birth in Virtua voorhees hospital, my insurance provider is Horizon Nj Health I want a doula walking me through birth as well as preparing my body for it in the best way possible I live in Philadelphia but giving birth in New Jersey

First baby. Non medicated birth. Delivering at Riddle. I’m not really sure what a doula costs.

Non-invasive- as natural as possible but with some modern accommodations such as alternative pain management, movement, etc. I ultimately have no idea what the right things are to do as this process continues but I feel my body will tell me what to do. Doula services I plan to give birth at virtua voorhees I would like help finalizing a birth plan

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I would like a doula to educate me on best practices during labor and birth as well as be there to advocate for me during the birthing process. As of right now I believe that I would not like the cord clamped until it is white and no longer pulsing and also that I do not want to give birth lying on my back. Budget is $1500.

We are trying to find a doula who would be covered by Highmark BCBS especially to be there during labor and delivery to be an advocate for us at the hospital. We are giving birth at Christiana hospital in Wilmington, DE but we want to avoid a c section and epidural unless medically necessary

I am located in Jenkintown, and will give birth at Abington Hospital. I have had two low complication unmedicated births (7 and 5 now). Planning for a third and still have my birth plan but I am going to be 42 when I give birth this time. I am athletic and plan to exercise throughout my pregnancy and will be seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist.

Labor and delivery assistance, postpartum care and day and night nurse, help with cooking cleaning and laundry for up to 8 weeks after birth I have a one year old as well , accepts horizon nj health insurance
