Hospital birth in bucks county. Want natural birth

I'm looking for someone to take the night shift with my newborn when he or she arrives. I have a 3-year-old who will be almost 4 when the new baby is born. As I was previously unable to breastfeed, I want the night nanny to feed the baby formula, change the baby, and handle the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. If there's an opportunity to establish a sleep schedule early and the night nurse can do that, even better. I'd like to have this service for 3 months. Our budget is $25k to $30k

With my first baby I breastfed for two months and then milk stopped coming in and I was forced to switch to formula. I am also curious about doing a natural birth this time, I had an epidural last time and it was a mess.
