My husband is a resident physician and it is important to us to find someone who works well with care teams. I am not sure yet about my postpartum doula needs and budget, just thinking I'd like to find help with that too.

I will be giving birth at United Hospital. I have health partners insurance through the state, so any services would need to be covered by insurance. I am hoping for as natural of a birth as possible with as few interventions as possible however, I am a high risk pregnancy due to type one diabetes. (my diabetes is decently well controlled and is not the same as type two diabetes.)
