I am looking for an IBCLC that accepts medicaid for my 3 month old baby who is having feeding trouble. He was diagnosed as failure to thrive and was just released from the hospital. I am looking for help learning how to pump effectively and efficiently while we combine nursing and supplement with formula, with the hope of getting him completely back to the breast.

I’m confused about flange size. 1m seems too small and 21mm seems too large. I was sick and started my period. I use donor milk but I want to nurse him. I want to be able to feed my baby. I am not getting milk supply. I was getting a little bit but I pump now and get no results. He doesn't latch which I'm ok with. I had a breast reduction back in 2019 and I had my 2nd child in 2020 and had this same issue. I am desperately wanting to breast feed my 3rd child and have tried everything possible. Vitamins, gummies, Lactation drinks, etc. Could it be the surgery?
