Hospital birth, unknown budget I’m just trying to see ball park how much this service could cost

Garfield hospital I have a small budget I’d like an unmedicated birth, would love help during the time.

Second baby, hard labor and delivery last birth has left me anxious and just want the extra support and would love to go un medicated this time but need the extra help to due so. Am planning to deliver at a hospital.

Birth Location: I plan to give birth at a Kaiser Permanente hospital in Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. Estimated Budget: I am looking for a doula whose services are fully covered by my Kaiser insurance plan who also has TIN and NPI. Birth Plan: I intend to utilize standard labor and delivery care at a Kaiser facility, coordinating with my medical team and my doula for a supported birth experience.Provider Requirements: The provider must be a Tagalog-speaking doula with some experience, and they must be officially contracted with Kaiser Permanente to ensure my insurance covers the cost. There are no specific certification level or years of experience requirements.Care Recipients: Care will be focused on myself and my newborn baby, arriving around my estimated due date of December 7, 2026.Additional Duties: No additional duties are required (such as sleep training, cleaning, cooking, or laundry). The focus is entirely on standard birth and immediate postpartum doula support.

My wife and I are currently looking for a birth doula Our estimated due date is March 28, 2027, and we are planning to deliver at Hoag Hospital. We have Anthem Blue Cross insurance through LAUSD, and we are currently trying to confirm our doula benefits and which providers may be covered in-network. We also found that National Doula Network appears in-network under our Anthem plan. Could you please let us know whether you currently accept or bill Anthem Blue Cross, whether you work through National Doula Network or another insurance network, and whether your services for prenatal support, labor/birth support at Hoag, and postpartum care may be covered through insurance? I plan to give birth at Huntington hospital. I am looking for someone who is in network with Cigna PPO.

I plan on birthing in San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland CA. I would like to have as least medical interventions as possible however while still in a hospital setting in case it is medically necessary to intervene. I would like to have a doula for supporting my husband and I in preparation for this to be possible as well as postpartum support to help me get settled in as a new mother healing from birthing. I don’t have a set budget as I am unaware of the costs that go into this. But we are willing to work towards meeting our needs. I would like to be informed of all my childbirth options, like how much is covered through my insurance, maternity leave and childcare for when I return to work. I am covered through Blue Shield Trio HMO and have a medical group called Optum Network Inland Valley.
