I am looking for help learning how to pump effectively and efficiently while we combine nursing and supplement with formula, with the hope of getting him completely back to the breast.

I am 3 mos pp and have a very low supply and need to supplement. I would like to have help to up my supply as much as possible. Recently my baby has started refusing to latch but will still take a bottle. It looks like there are teeth coming in one on top and two below and also looks like a molar in the back right. I looked up what it could be since he is only 3 months and it said that it is most likely Epstein pearls. I’m at a complete loss of what to do I feel like I have exhausted all options.

I am not getting milk supply. I was getting a little bit but I pump now and get no results. He doesn't latch which I'm ok with.
