I am afraid of the 4th month regression etc so I want to know how to start to train baby to not get into that or make it smooth or atleast bearable phase. She is 6 weeks old no set routine, just a sponge bath most of the days and change of clothes and feed and sleep this is around 7.30 or 8 and she wakes up around 10.30 or 11 and sleeps back after a feed by 12.30. And then she either sleeps for 3 hrs or 5 hrs.
Hi- I am looking for a night nurse with extensive experience in newborn care to support my husband and I with our second baby girl, arriving November 28th, 2026. We would love support with the transition home from the hospital, and all aspects of newborn feeding and care.
