A List of resources ranging from postpartum support, lactation counseling and support, birthing/child care classes and books, local mom support groups, and even placenta encapsulation referrals. Continuous attendance/support throughout labor and birth 2 postpartum visits the first being one week from delivery, and second at six weeks post delivery. 24/7 support beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date, or up to 8 weeks prior for high risk clients. Emotional support for both the birthing person and their partner. Continued Support after birth. This means I will be present with you to assist with any questions or concerns. This includes until your settled in and breastfeeding is established if that is your wish. You will have access to all my knowledge and experiences
Planned Cesarean Supprt

Diagnosed Terminal Pregnancy support
This package is intended for families whose pregnancies have been deemed terminal and are in the stages of preparing for the next steps. Whether you plan to wait for spontaneous labor, or you’re planning to induce, or even terminate, I am here for you. I am here to hold space for you to be with your baby until end of life, and to ensure you can make the most of the last moments after. I am here to walk with you through the next steps of calling the mortician, to planning the arrangements, finding support within your community, navigating the postpartum depression, and so much more. I am here to take the small worries off your shoulders so that you can focus on keeping yourself rooted for the growth to come.
NICU/PICU Postpartum Support

A List of resources ranging from postpartum support/therapy, lactation counseling and support, Preemie/newborn classes and books/podcast, local maternal support groups, as well as info on informed care within the NICU/PICU.
12 postpartum visits over 6 weeks, the first being one week from delivery, and 2 every week for 4 hours each.
Bedrest/recovery support included.
Emotional support for both the birthing person and their partner. You are welcome to check in or reach out if needed beyond our time together.
You will have access to all my knowledge and experiences.
This package will also include a photograph/video consent form for those who’d be interested in having their birth documented. I can also inquire with local photographers.
Postpartum Bereavement Support
This package is for when the unexpected happens and you’re left piecing together what could’ve been different. This is for the families who expected to bring home a baby but are now being swallowed by the waves of their grief.

Hourly Postpartum support
I’m excited to be offering this service for my families who are seeking postpartum support on a day to day basis. This can be so helpful in the recovery stage, especially for when partners are going back to work! This offering includes the following;
A minimum 4 hour visit where we discuss any concerns or current struggles
We will review resources & goals
You get to rest, shower, go out for some air, and just treat yourself.
I will take care of feedings, nap time, the days laundry, dishes, meal prep, and even errands if that’s what you need.
I’m always ready to hold space for emotional days
I’m available anytime between 7am & 8pm for postpartum work
