Service introduction
I provide evidence-based breastfeeding education and support to help families feel informed and confident throughout their feeding journey. My services include prenatal breastfeeding education, guidance on positioning and latch, pumping and flange fitting, creating pumping plans for returning to work or school, bottle-feeding strategies, milk storage, combination feeding, introducing solids while maintaining breastfeeding, and weaning support. I also offer practical tips to help parents navigate common breastfeeding questions and challenges while working toward their personal feeding goals. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and Physician Assistant, I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care in a supportive, judgment-free environment. If concerns arise that are outside my scope of practice or require more advanced lactation management, I will collaborate with or refer you to an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or your healthcare provider to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, encouragement, and resources you need to make feeding your baby a positive and rewarding experience.
