Hello! My name is Janet. I am passionate about birth work and have over 15 years experience serving families as a Certified Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator. I offer customized, private Birth Education Classes in your home, virtual or a combination! All classes include a postpartum follow up and postpartum check-ins as needed. I attend births as a Doula on a limited basis, generally taking one client per month. I have experience supporting clients that are giving birth at home, in the hospital or a birth center. I will assist you in creating a birth plan if you desire one. Together we will discuss what your plans are for your birth, whether it is unmedicated, epidural, induction or cesarean. Being a Doula has brought much fulfillment into Jennifer’s life. As a Birth Worker, she enjoys being able to be a source of comfort and guidance for families. Seventeen years ago, she decided to become a birth & postpartum doula after working closely for years with her own grandmother, who was a midwife.
