Exceptional Postpartum Doula Service by Ms. Riley**
As a 16-year-old first-time mom, I found myself in an incredibly tough situation—no help or support from my family, and even being put out by my parents in the middle of a snowstorm with nowhere to go. With just a month and a half until my due date, I was sleeping outside and feeling utterly hopeless. That’s when Ms. Riley stepped into my life.
Introduced by a mutual acquaintance, Ms. Riley immediately offered me a place to stay for the night. When I explained my circumstances, she went above and beyond, arranging for an Airbnb where I could stay until I got back on my feet. Her kindness and generosity left me speechless.
To this day, Ms. Riley continues to be my postpartum doula, and my baby is now 4 months old. The breadth of knowledge and resources she has provided me with is nothing short of astonishing. From essential baby care tips to emotional support and valuable connections within the community, Ms. Riley has been a guiding light in my journey as a new mom.
It's hard to believe that there are genuine, great people in this world, but Ms. Riley has restored my faith in humanity. I am forever grateful for her unwavering support and care.
Thank you again, Ms. Riley. You are truly exceptional.

My twins were born today at 11:30 AM. It was an unexpected and complex birth, and tragically, one of my babies was stillborn. The emotional turmoil left me completely devastated, and I couldn't bring myself to connect with my surviving baby. My doctor urgently contacted Ms. Riley, who arrived promptly and provided the most compassionate support I could have asked for.
Ms. Riley's presence was a beacon of hope during such a dark time. She offered unwavering support, gently guiding me through the overwhelming emotions and helping me understand the importance of bonding with my surviving baby. Despite my lack of insurance and inability to pay for her services, Ms. Riley graciously offered her support pro bono, assuring me that I didn't need to worry about anything.
Her kindness, expertise, and empathy made an immense difference in my ability to cope with the situation. I am eternally grateful for Ms. Riley's selfless and compassionate care. She truly went above and beyond to support me during this difficult time.

"I had just undergone a C-section and was barely recovering when CPS workers barged into my room to inform me they were taking my newborn daughter, Elena. I was terrified and felt helpless. I didn't even know my rights. By some divine intervention, Ms. Riley happened to be at the hospital that day.
I had never heard of a doula before, but one of the doctors suggested I speak with her since I didn't have a support system. Ms. Riley immediately stepped in and advocated for me. She handled the CPS workers with such professionalism and compassion, making sure they knew my rights and that they couldn't just take my child without proper cause.
Ms. Riley's presence was a blessing. She stayed with me through the entire ordeal, calming me down and providing the emotional support I desperately needed. Because of her intervention, I was able to leave the hospital with my daughter, Elena. I am eternally grateful for her being at the right place at the right time. I can't thank Ms. Riley enough for her unwavering support and dedication. She truly made a difference in my life because of her Elena is 2 years.

I was really nervous about attempting a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), but Ms. Riley's knowledge and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed. Thanks to her, I had a successful VBAC and a positive birth experience.
Unlike traditional doula care that focuses solely on birth or postpartum, full-spectrum doulas support clients across various milestones—from conception to birth, parenting challenges, NICU care, and end-of-life transitions—offering emotional, physical, and informational advocacy at every stage.
How much does Full-Spectrum Doula Support cost?
Full-Spectrum Doula Care is tailored based on the services included, typically ranging from $3,500 – $6,500 ensuring continuous and personalized support across multiple life transitions.
What’s the difference between Postpartum Doula Support, a Newborn Care Specialist, and an Infant Sleep Specialist?
Postpartum Doula Support focuses on the physical and emotional recovery of the birthing parent and the smooth transition into parenthood. A postpartum doula offers help with newborn care, breastfeeding, light household tasks, and emotional support during those first weeks after birth. Their role is parent-centered and nurturing.
A Newborn Care Specialist is baby-centered, offering expert guidance on newborn routines like diapering, swaddling, bathing, soothing, and feeding techniques. This support is typically more structured and skill-based, making it great for families who want hands-on help with baby care basics.
An Infant Sleep Specialist helps families establish healthy sleep habits, troubleshoot sleep issues, and create custom sleep routines for naps and nighttime rest. This service is often booked after the newborn stage or when families are facing sleep regressions.
Each role supports families in different ways depending on their needs, and they can be booked individually or layered for comprehensive care.
What’s the difference between the Standard and Premium Placenta Encapsulation Packages?
The Standard Package is $350 and includes safe pickup and delivery, encapsulation using the Traditional Chinese Medicine method, printed instructions, and postpartum usage guidance. It’s a straightforward option for families wanting basic healing support through capsules.
The Premium Package is $450 and includes everything in the Standard Package plus extras like a cord keepsake, a 1 oz postpartum herbal supplement, and optional add-ons such as a placenta tincture, salve, or artistic print. It’s designed for families who want to commemorate their birth journey while exploring additional healing modalities.
How many placenta capsules will I receive with each package?
Capsule quantity depends on the size and condition of the placenta, but most clients can expect to receive approximately 80 to 150 capsules. Both the Standard and Premium packages include the same amount of encapsulated placenta—so you’ll receive the full benefits either way. The difference lies in the keepsakes and supplemental offerings.
