I’ve spent the past five years supporting families as a postpartum doula, walking alongside parents during one of life’s most tender and transformative seasons. As a DONA-certified postpartum doula, I believe it’s essential to care for families with compassion, patience, and understanding, helping them feel supported and confident in their new roles. My name is Curryn Kelley and I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2017 and spent most of my nursing career caring for children and families in a variety of setting. Children and babies have always been my passion and I fell in love with breastfeeding and lactation while working in a pediatric practice. I now work full time as an IBCLC and love it! I started an inclusive practice and strive to provide culturally sensitive, trauma informed care to all of my clients. I am inclusive of all communities, colors and beliefs and supportive of LGBTQIA+. I aim to meet you where you are and support your breastfeeding/chestfeeding goals whatever they may be.

I am a mom to two boys, Judah & Roman, who inspired me to start on this journey of helping mothers learn to overcome breastfeeding hurdles when I hit my own very early on. I had very different issues to work through with both boys, but with the help of my "village" that included very supportive friends, family, and IBCLCs both in and out of the hospital setting, I was able to reach my own personal breastfeeding goals. Both in-person and virtual visits for pregnant and breastfeeding parents are available. The visits include a detailed health and breastfeeding history, observation of a feeing, as well as pre and post weight checks. I was certified as an IBCLC in 2009. I have had the honor of working for the Breastfeeding Resource Center since certifying. I have worked both in the hospital and outpatient setting. I am also certified in TummyTime!™ and I am also a Professional Holistic Sleep Coach.
